After Spending The Night In Lake, The Dog Adheres To The Shoreline

This is a soul-stirring story of a dog, who was rescued from the shoreline, after spending the night submerged in a lake near Lytham. 

The German Shepherd was observed loitering along the Fairhaven Lake Shoreline on the morning of 25th March. A few people who spotted the dog informed the Lancashire Fire & Rescue Service and the Lancashire Police department. Both the teams and the people worked together to save the dog. The dog has been handed to the local RSPCA and is now secure.

They took the dog to the veterinary health center, and the proprietor will be required to present identification. Police said that they will also explore the lake’s vicinity to locate the dog’s owner. According to a social media report, a German Shepherd dog became stranded in Fairhaven Lake this morning even after spending the night there.

The Fylde Police were aware of this incident. They stated that they could affirm that Lancs Fire & Rescue and other members of the public rescued the dog, which was a fantastic job. 

Furthermore, they said that the local RSPCA was caring for the canine. They were also locating the dog’s owner by undertaking CCTV searches around the lake.
