The dog wanted the woman to follow her along, and hence she did so. It led her to a hiding place under a broken tree, where she found its most precious possession: its little puppies.

The woman was stunned to see a lot of puppies, they were more than she expected. She counted, they were 16. She wanted to help them, so she contacted local animal rescuers who had come to pick up the family.

Rescuers arrived there and determined that the 16 pups were from three different litters. They also stated that the dog had simply taken responsibility for someone else’s babies. It had sensitively cared for, fed, and protected them all the time. But the rescuers were not sure about the place to put the dogs, even when most of the shelters are overcrowded.

Volunteers tried to find another way to help the dogs, they made a post on social media and asked for help from other shelters. Some shelters came out for help and took the puppies and dogs with them. As a result, the puppies and their mommy dog, Dolly, were placed separately in four shelters.
