Moo is very playful and completely unaware of his uniqueness. He often runs into the street and walks up to strangers to form friendships. But when he runs, they often think that Moo is wearing a pair of doggie pajamas. They don’t know that it’s his natural coat.

Moo’s mom says that he is not only adorable but funny and friendly also.

Apart from his special coat, he also has a special personality and loves cuddling in her mom’s arms.

Moo loves to play with his toys and also loves his afternoon naps under the bed. Piebald dachshunds that look like Moo are not common because both parents need to be piebald to produce another piebald offspring. Moo is a healthy puppy, but it does not always happen with all piebald dachshunds as some of them experience deafness. This is because the stem cells that control their coat and color also control their hearing. Some research also shows that piebald with more white fur have more problems or hearing issues- but that certainly isn’t Moo. Hoffman and her boyfriend consider themselves lucky to have Moo.
