Jake, A Poor Dog, Carrying Painful Tumor For 7 Years

Some people want pets till they are useful to them, as they abandon them when it comes to serving them. Sadly they leave them to fend for themselves even after a severe illness. Such happened with Jake, a poor dog who has been carrying a painful tumor for 7 years. Shockingly his owners do not care at all and disregarded the enormous salivary tumor. Jake was suffering from an excruciating tumor, and he could do nothing but cry constantly. He couldn’t even move his head.

When the rescuers arrived there, they couldn’t stop themselves from shedding tears. The poor dog is now receiving medical care after his former owners ignored his enormous salivary tumor for more than 6 years. The Long Way Home Adoptable Rescue Organization not only saved the poor dog but also questioned his former owners. The rescuers claim that Jake’s former owner did not love him. His former family even neglected to take him to the vet when his face started to swell.

His former owners said that Jake has been suffering from a salivary tumor for 6 years since they initially thought it was nothing but a snake bite. Jake is raised as an indoor dog and he is extremely well-behaved. He easily gets along with other dogs, shakes hands, and follows commands.

Furthermore, the rescuers said that they found Jake roaming in a rural part of Texas, almost a week ago. The Cribs for canines persuaded his family to give up ownership so that he could get the proper medical care and treatment he needed. The Long Way Home Rescue Organization arranged his treatment in Wao. Jack has already seen a great deal of comfort after the removal of a sizable amount of fluid from his tumor.

We are thankful to the excellent staff at Texas Animal Medical Center in Waco, where Dr. Lide and his associates have been caring for Jake around the clock. However, Jake’s health has improved and he is eating and urinating normally. But still, they are not sure whether Jake would succeed in beating his tumor or not because it has already been very late in treatment.

We pray for the poor dog to recover soon and have a great life.
