Prior to the birth of the twins, Ai Bao, Fu Bao, and Le Bao (Ai Bao’s mate) were the only pandas in South Korea. But now two newborn girls have joined their community. Ai Bao was brought to the park along with her mate, Le Bao, in 2016 from China on a 15-year lease program. According to the information, after arriving at the park, Ai Bao gave birth to another female cub named Fu Bao in 2020.

Chung also said that he was happy that many more people will become curious about giant pandas and other wild animals through the birth of the twin cubs. Let me tell you that Giant Pandas are shy and slow-breeding animals and they give birth to an individual once every two years, so the birth of twin babies brings immense joy to all.
