Animals are voiceless, and this is the most prominent reason that some of them have been mistreated. They are dwelling creatures and also an important part of our ecosystem. Their existence does matter a lot, each domesticated and wild animal. Animals who belong to the wild deserve to be in the wild in preference to captivity and small cages. High hunting, poaching, and illegal transporting to keep them in captivity is an inhuman act and affects their population very much. This is a heart wrenching tale of a 73-year-old elephant who suffered from abuse while living the maximum of her existence in captivity.

Sook Jai, a 73-year-old elephant, bore this cruelty for several years and when she was freed from her captivity, tears streamed down her face. More than a pet, Sook Jai had become an offer to a one-of-a-kind proprietor. She was forced to do numerous jobs, from running on vacation and hiking to begging on the streets. This devastated her health as she grew older. As a result, she ended her imaginative and prescient life. There is no need to handle wild animals in such a brutal way. Though they face threats from nature and humans in the wild, they experience life also there.

Fortunately, Sook Jai was rescued in time via means of Elephant Nature Park, an elephant rescue and rehabilitation center in Northern Thailand. She was transferred to the sanctuary where she will experience a non-violent and peaceful life.

 The rescuers later observed many incidents of brutal captivity of the vintage elephant. They are proof that Sook Jai must have been abused at several points during her existence in captivity. She was so exhausted and worn out that she refused to eat when she arrived there. The creature couldn’t still believe that she might be rescued and given a second chance at life. While rescuing her, the rescuers attempted so hard to enrich her experience of the lengthy trip. They cooled down the animals when it turned hot and offered her water and food at times.

Sook Jai has not experienced the kindness and sincerity of humans before and hence she shed tears. The rescuers noticed her tears rolling down her face. This was painful to see her crying but they were happy that she would not face any brutality further. It was heartbreaking for all of them to see this elephant crying and they said that saving animals is not a smooth process. They captured touching moments of elephants and it has grasped the eye of millions of people around the world.

They also shared a video with the caption “Sook Jai turned into fortunate enough to be observed via means of a worrying soul who desired to assist to grade her existence. She turned into two times fortunate while Joan Baez selected to assist Sook Jai to stay cruelty-free for the relaxation of her existence.”
